The month of September seemed to fly by! Something about going back to school mixed with the start of the holiday months made it action packed (from home) for us. Of course, it could also have to do with the fact that I threw in a few house projects in the midst of it ... like updating my kids rooms! They are growing so big and both needed a change, starting with Lyla girl's for her birthday. This was the last picture I took in her "nursery". This turned out to be one of my favorite little gallery walls in our home but don't worry, I updated it a bit and found a new spot for it in her room.
Living in the midst of the project and before the bed frame came (it turned out to be a blessing in disguise so I had room to work my magic) ...
After the finished trim and wallpaper install!!! It's so pretty!
Soaking up every last minute of sunny afternoons at our neighborhood playground. Look at those baby blues and that wispy blonde hair!!
Another fun long-awaited surprise during Covid, our first entry table! I love the character it brings to our front room and I love decorating it for the holidays even more!!
Speaking of holidays, we may have gotten the earliest head start on Halloween decorating. Our kids are like me, they LIVE for this stuff and it brought so much joy during a season of being home all the time.
My mom and Aunt Kim went on a road trip to Yellowstone together. It was so fun to see her when they got back from their trip!
We celebrated lots of family birthdays in the month of September ... this particular one was my niece, Abby's. She's officially a pre-teen!
