5 things we've been up to

1 :: We've been, okay I've been, slowly trying to adjust to the longer hours that Nic's new job requires. I'll admit, this adjusting for me has not gone well. Insert I have now turned to bribery to get my husband to come home from work most days ... in the form of homemade bread sticks ... whatever it takes.

2 :: We decorated for "Fall" over a month ago. As in what was probably the last few weeks of Summer for us, we've been embracing what we are hoping to be the many weeks of Fall. Yeah, like that will ever happen. Look out! We'll be decorating for Christmas before you can even say Thanksgiving!

3 :: We spent all of last Sunday afternoon researching our graduation trip. It involves half our time spent at the most happiest place on earth meant for five year olds and the other half of the time with our toes in the sand and a giant strawberry daiquiri in hand {virgin of course}. Two of the most splendid combinations known to mankind. and that's all I'm gonna say about that.

4 :: We are currently addicted to How I Met Your Mother. Barney has made us bust a gut a time or two. Okay, that's an understatement.

5 :: We've also been looking at cars lately. Mine is on its last leg and before it dies completely and has absolutely no trade in value what-so-ever we need to find something else. Husband's ideal new car ... a smart car. In your dreams my love, in your dreams. I just told him that I'd like to see him live to be the age of oh, I don't know, at least 80! Those cars scare me.
