Banana came back!

The biggest highlight of the Christmas season in our house was that our elf, Banana, came back!!! He was up to his usual shenanigans of fun during the month of December ...

December 1 - Bringing hot chocolate bombs for our Christmas lights night!

2 - Hanging out with frosty

3 - Bowling with an ornament from our Christmas tree. (He got knocked over by a certain little someone that day but survived the fall. She was devastated but equally concerned about the ornament being taken from the tree so when it fell out of his hands she quickly stole it away and put it back on our Christmas tree. haha)

4 - Mistletoe hug

5 - Ringing the bells

6 - Making his own mini hot chocolate

7 - Leading a farm animal parade

8 - Built his own magnet house

9 - Left a big chocolate covered pretzel in each stocking

10 - Reading Christmas books

11 - Tea party

12 - Wrapped himself in a present

13 - Missing the cold and hanging out in the fridge 

14 - Visiting the church at the Christmas village (Lyla couldn't find him at first this day and she exclaimed, "Oh no! Banana went back to Santa! Christmas is ruined!" haha)

15 - Buit a snowflake

16 - Toilet-papered the Christmas tree

17 - Took over Batman's car (in Liam's room!)

18 - Snuggled up with babies and stuffed animals (in Lyla's room!)

19 - Took a slide down the stairwell 

20 - Used Liam's grappling hook lego to hang from the chandelier 

21 - Zip lined across the kitchen

22 - Walked on stilts!

23, 24, 25 - He spent his final days visiting baby Jesus at the nativity and watching the kids open their presents on Christmas morning. Lyla was devastated when he finally left the day after Christmas and went back to the North Pole. She loved looking for him every single morning. He'll be welcomed back with open arms by our kids next year!
